Factory Overview

Our factories cover a combined large-scale production footprint in Shandong Province, strategically located for efficient access to raw material suppliers and major export ports. Each facility is dedicated to specific product lines, allowing specialized production teams and equipment to operate at peak efficiency without cross-line interference.

Production capacity has expanded significantly since 2021, enabling Fuqiang to fulfill large-volume international orders, manage multiple concurrent projects, and maintain reliable lead times even during peak demand periods.

Production Equipment

Fuqiang's production lines are built around modern automated equipment selected for precision, consistency, and output reliability.

Fully Automated Material Batching

Our closed-loop automatic batching system measures and mixes raw materials to precise formulation ratios, eliminating the variation that manual handling introduces. Every batch is controlled digitally — the same formulation, the same density, the same performance, every time.
Precision Cutting Systems

Finished panels are cut to specified lengths using automated cutting systems calibrated to project dimensions. Custom lengths are produced with the same precision as standard sizes, with no additional manual processing required.
Surface Finishing & Profiling

Panel face sheets are roll-formed and profiled before bonding, producing consistent surface patterns and joint profiles across every panel in a production run. Color-coated steel coils are selected to customer specification — RAL colors, surface textures, and protective coating weights are verified at intake before entering production.
Continuous Forming Lines

Panel forming is carried out on continuous production lines that maintain consistent pressure, temperature, and feed speed throughout the run. This eliminates the dimensional inconsistencies common in batch-press production and delivers panels with uniform thickness, flat surfaces, and clean edges.

فحص السطح والوصلات

يخضع كل لوح للفحص البصري والقياسي للتحقق من خلوه من عيوب السطح، وجودة الحواف، ودقة شكل الوصلات.

تُغلَّف الألواح المعتمدة بورق الكرافت، وغشاء واقٍ، وتدعيم بالكرتون، لتكون جاهزة للتحميل في الحاويات.

نحن لا نكتفي بتشغيل الإنتاج، بل نعمل على تحسينه باستمرار. يعمل فريق البحث والتطوير في Fuqiang مباشرةً إلى جانب خطوط الإنتاج المؤتمتة لدينا لتحسين تركيبات المواد، واختبار كثافات عزل جديدة، والتحقق من مواصفات الأداء قبل إدخالها في التصنيع على نطاق كامل.
تبدأ كل مواصفة جديدة بتجارب على دفعات صغيرة. تُقيَّم النتائج وفقًا لمعايير القوة وجودة السطح والثبات الأبعادي والأداء الحراري. ولا تنتقل إلى عمليات الإنتاج الكامل إلا المواصفات التي تجتاز التحقق الداخلي. وتعني هذه العملية مفاجآت أقل للعملاء، وألواحًا أفضل في كل مشروع.
