Factory Overview

Fully Automated Material Batching

Finished panels are cut to specified lengths using automated cutting systems calibrated to project dimensions. Custom lengths are produced with the same precision as standard sizes, with no additional manual processing required.

Surface Finishing & Profiling
Panel face sheets are roll-formed and profiled before bonding, producing consistent surface patterns and joint profiles across every panel in a production run. Color-coated steel coils are selected to customer specification — RAL colors, surface textures, and protective coating weights are verified at intake before entering production.

Continuous Forming Lines
Panel forming is carried out on continuous production lines that maintain consistent pressure, temperature, and feed speed throughout the run. This eliminates the dimensional inconsistencies common in batch-press production and delivers panels with uniform thickness, flat surfaces, and clean edges.

Raw Material Inspection
All incoming steel coils, insulation materials, and chemicals are inspected and verified against specification before entering the production area.
Automatic Material Batching
Insulation components are measured and mixed by our closed-loop batching system to precise formulation ratios.
Continuous Panel Forming
Face sheets and insulation core are bonded under controlled pressure and temperature on the continuous forming line.
Precision Cutting
Formed panels are cut to specified dimensions using automated cutting systems.
Surface & Joint Inspection
Each panel is visually and dimensionally inspected for surface defects, edge quality, and joint profile accuracy.
Protective Packaging
Approved panels are packaged with kraft paper, protective film, and carton reinforcement, ready for container loading.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final batch inspection is conducted before loading, with documentation issued for each shipment.
